Extract version of AG brew help

Could someone help me out with an extract version of this recipe?

4.5kg Pils Mlt
0.45kg Lght Crystl
0.45kg Munich
0.45kg oats
56g nelson sauvin @60
56g nelson sauvin@5
85g nelson sauvin@0

The biggest problem here is the oats. They need to be mashed. Try doing a partial mash with enough base malt to mash the oats.

5 Kg Extra Light/Pilsner DME

For the partial mash:
1 Kg Pils malt
.45 Kg Munich malt
.45 Kg Oats
.45 Kg Light Crystal

The hops stay the same.
