Looking for a extract or a partial mash recipe that I can brew right now. My brother in law is in town and wants to help. Give me a recipe that we can do and youve had good results with. Thanks from him and I.

2 x 3lb bags of Plain light malt extract
1/2 lb carapils
1/2 lb Crystal 60L malt
1oz bag of warrior hops (0.5 oz 60 min, 0.5 oz 10 min)
safale SO-5 Dry active yeast

Steep the grains in 155*F for 30 min, add 0.5 oz of the hops at the beginning of the boil, and the last 0.5 when there's 10 min left. Cool to 80*F, pitch yeast, wait.

This is one of my favorite simple APA recipes.

I am going to try some kits but I wanted a recipe that I could just go buy the ingredients right now rather than wait. Hes only in for a couple days.
