I've been brewing for a few years now, but because the SWMBO isn't a hop fan haven't gotten a chance to brew many IPAs. She's focused on watching what she drinks over the summer, so I saw this as the ideal time to brew something that won't tempt her to cheat and have a beer. Because I'm a great husband like that.

I'm interested in trying out some tropical fruit hops like Huell Melon, Amarillo, and El Dorado. Would the following hop schedule help to create a nice blend of flavors without one overpowering all the others? I'm thinking putting the stronger hops in first and keeping the lower alpha acid hops for more aroma/flame out hops.

Thanks for any input on how to get the most flavor out of these hops!

All Grain (5 gallon)
ABV: 6.73%
OG: 1.068
FG: 1.017
IBU: 61.9
Color: 4.9 SRM

12 lb 2-row
1 lb Munich Malt

Mashed for 1 hour at 150°F

First wort hop with 1oz of Galena
Half an ounce of El Dorado at 15 mins
Half an ounce of Amarillo at 10 mins
1 oz of Huell Melon at 5 min

2 oz of Huell Melon dry hopped for 5 days in secondary

Fermented with Wyeast 1056
