Hello fellow BIABers. Need help putting together a brew. The following is a list of what I have on hand. Looking for a 5 gallon batch into the keg. Any and all ideas are appreciated.

Malts: 10 lbs- Maris Otter
10 lbs- Vieanna Malt
6 lbs- 2 row Pale Malt
5 lbs- Wheat Malt
4 lbs- Crystal 20 Malt
4 lbs- Aromatic Malt
3 lbs- Smoked Malt
Hops: 2 oz Golding (7.0)
1.5 oz Cascade (7.6)
1 oz Amarillo (8.5)
1 oz Simcoe (14.0)
1 oz Phoenix (11.69)
1 oz Saaz (2.9)
Yeast: US-05 (11.5g)
Nottingham Ale Yeast (11g)
Saflager 34/70 (11.5 g)
Adjuncts: 1 lbs Flaked Oats
1 lbs Flaked Maize(Corn)

I'd make a simple Pale/Blonde Ale.

Marris Otter and/or 2 row - 10 lbs
Wheat 1 lbs

Phoenix at 60 to get about 30 IBUs
1 oz of Amarillo at 5
1.5 oz of Cascade at Flameout
Dry Hop with the Simcoe in the keg.

Ferment with Nottingham (US-05 is fine too if you can avoid the peach flavor)

Hi. Unless you want a recipe that uses all of the above, may I recommend Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde? You can sub the C20 for the C10, the Aromatic for the Dextrine, and be a little creative with your hops. MO would make a fine base. Ed
:mug:

ETA: It's a fine, easy drinking beer that goes from grain to glass in as little as two weeks.

I'd do a simple Pale Ale as well.

2-Row: 6#
Wheat Malt: 3# (or however much you need to get to about 1.050 OG)
C20: .75#

Cascade at 60 to get 20 or so IBU

.5 oz each Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo @ 5
.5 oz each Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo @ Flameout

I would go with Notty because I personally do not like US-05 at all.

rauchbier?
3 lb 2 row
3 lb Vienna
3 lb smoked
4 oz aromatic

1 oz saaz @ 60

ferment w/34-70

:confused:you have enough malt to make a wheat and a blonde. But why would you buy 3 lb of smoked malt?
