El Dorado / Mosaic APA help?

All, I'm planning to make an APA with El Dorado and Mosaic hops as well as sweet orange peel. I'm not sure how to go with the combination though. I fully understand the tropical and fruity intensity I'm about to undergo.

Thoughts / tips?

Id avoid dried sweet peel, if thats what you are thinking. If you, really, really want peel in the apa, id zest a fresh orange, being careful not to get any of the white in.

I like eldorado in my APAs, though I havent used it with mosaic, I, unlike most of the rest of the pacific nw, am not the biggest fan of pine tar crossed with tropical. So im not much help there.
