Sadly, I have come to the realization that I may never finish the E-HERMS build that I started years ago. I just don't have the time to devote to finishing or brewing with this rig, and will probably downsize to a single vessel system. As a result, I have decided to sell the control panel and related components. The items included are as follows:
30A 240 V Electric Brewing Supply PID Control Panel
-I assembled this from the complete kit. I bought it in 2015. It features Auber PIDs and timer. The enclosure is painted with black Rust-O-Leum enamel. It will come with the assembly manual, wiring diagrams, and an assortment of extra wire.
6 Foot 30A power cord with braided sleeve, twist lock connector and 4-prong dryer plug
3 PT-100 1.5" long x 1/2" MNPT temperature probes with weldless fittings for installation
3 temperature probe cables with braided sleeve and XLR connectors
1 complete 5500W ripple element with 1.5" HotPod enclosure, power cable with braided sleeve and plug
2 ~10 Foot power cords for pumps, fitted with female connectors so the pump cords don't need to be modified
The panel has been connected to power and tested with a multimeter, but hasn't been load tested or used for brewing.
Asking $1100 for everything. I would like to sell it as a complete package.
Local pickup only. I am located in central Iowa. I'd be willing to drive an hour or two in any direction to meet up with a buyer.
