Hello Everyone,

I have a question for you fellas. I have bought 4 packs of Safale US-05 dry yeast and did not read the instructions as I thought it is dry should be fine in room temp. BUT, now i have realised it says keep refrigerated and it has been out in room temp. for about 4 weeks now. so, what is your opinion?

Will it be fine to use it or order new ones?

As Pappers says, stored cool is best. But I do shop at one particular LHBS that has dry sachets on the shelves non-refrigerated. I'll buy a sachet from them in a pinch, but cool is best.
