Made a nice IPA, a few days left before racking off to secondary. Will be dry hopping with 1 oz of Mouteka (pellets) and 1 oz of Ahtunum (whole). Would it be wise to add the pellet hops first and wait a few days, or just add both together ?

I'd just put them both in at the same time. Unless you're going for some sort of layered effect I don't see any practical reason for making two separate additions.

Add them together it will work fine. You might consider dry hopping in your primary. There will be less O2 pick up and the yeast will scavenge some of the O2 that will be introduced. Oxygen is the biggest enemy of beer.
