I have an ipa in a keg it is a simcoe/Amarillo ipa. It seems like it needs something else its just very grapefruity. I like it a lot but feel its missing something. I want to dry hop it in the keg please help me out decide. Here is what I have.

1lb centennial
2 oz 7c's
1lb simcoe
1oz willamette
.5oz crystal
1oz Columbus
.5oz nugget
.5oz amarillo

If grapefruit is t your desired profile, 7cs will only highlight your "problem". Very grape fruity.

Indeed, most of the C's especially the big 4 will give you citrus flavors. Wilamette will be a little earthier and spicier than the other varieties. It is considered an English IPA hop.
