I've looked around at many English IPA recipes and have noticed that not many call for dry-hopping. Most of the time, the schedule looks like 60, 15, and 5 minute boils.

I have a English IPA that has been in the primary for three weeks and I was thinking about racking it to a secondary vessel and adding an ounce or two of EKG and Fuggles. Good idea?

I'm thinking .75 ounces of each for five days. Have always steered toward American IPAs, so I'm really excited to see how this one turns out.

i did an english ipa and dry hopped with 1 ounce of centenial and it came out great. i used centenial whole leaf only because thats what i had at the moment. its been bottled for about 2.5 months. tastes great
