Collected some hops, Cascade, used them in an IPA a couple weeks ago. Air dried a couple of days the remainder of the hops in the sun, bagged up in two ounce portions, froze.
Question is, can I use these in a dry hop?
I quess I am questioning IF I dried them enough and maybe the moisture might harbor bacteria, as opposed to the completely dried product coming out of the LHBS.
Wasn't an issue in the brew as I added to hot liquid.
