This is my third variant of Redhook ESB. I previously brewed a clone. Then 16 brews later I substituted the Pale Ale malt and Amber LME with Munich. Another 16 brews later I substituted with Maris Otter. This time its Vienna.

The Weyerman, Briess 60L and Willamette were leftovers. The rest came from Austin Homebrew Supply, because Northern Brewer discontinued Vienna LME. I like that AHS sells grain to the 1/100th of a pound, but alas no organic.
