45minutes steep at 155F
14.4 oz Chocolate (Briess Organic)
14.4 oz Aromatic (Dingemans)
5.4 oz Special B (Dingemans)

60 minute boil
0.5 oz Styrian Goldings (60 min)
1.25 oz Hallertau (60 min)
6 lb Pilsen LME (Briess)
1 lb Belgian Candi Sugar Dark
24 oz Corn sugar
0.5 oz Styrian Goldings (10 min)

Omega B48 Belgian Ale Triple Double

4 weeks primary
6 weeks bottle
First taste 23 April 2022

This may be good, but won't be a clone. I started with Nebbo's Brewer's Friend recipes, and somehow dropped 14.4 oz Roasted Barley. Ignoring that mistake, I reduced the Special B because of Nebbo's comment. Omega was substituted for WLP545 which wasn't available.
Northern Brewer purchase and Northern Brewer leftovers.
