Driving around with a Fastfermenter

In the interest of saving some time I have been considering a FastFermenter. Right now I use 5 gallon buckets or a SS Brew Bucket.

I don't always brew at home. Picture a group brew day over a buddy's house, etc. Has anyone had any experience securing a FastFermenter in a car/truck for transportation?

Clearly, they seem pretty top-heavy. If it would sit down into a 5 gallon bucket, maybe secure the bucket with some straps? While I haven't seen one in person yet, the stand does not appear to be very tough.

Anyone already fight this battle?

Transport your wort in a bucket with a lid, dump/transfer into the FF when you get home.

Thanks. I hadn't considered that. Maybe my old bottling bucket and just drain it in.

That should work well. Just be careful you don't accidentally snap the spigot off moving/hauling it around.

10 gallon Gatorade bucket from home depot / lowes. Keeps it insulated and everything while driving around.
