I'm brewing a 15 gallon batch of IPA hopped with Simcoe and Zeus/Columbus, then I'm going to split into 2 fermenters. I'm going to make a 2-L WLP-001 starter to split between them, then I'm going to dryhop one with Simcoe and the other with Zeus. This is the recipe.

I entered Columbus and Zeus interchangeably, but it's just one hop - it's labeled Zeus, but it is supposed to be Columbus 'type' Zeus, whatever that means. I'm bittering with the Admiral (german grown, oddly enough) just because it's an affordable high alpha hop.
Has anyone dryhopped with Zeus, or bittered with Admiral? Interested in comments about that, or the recipe in general.

Sounds like you've been around a while.

My thoughts are - the dry hopping will give primarily aroma to your brew. I've never smelled Zuess hops. Do they smell good? That is what I think you'll get from it.

I dry hopped with Cascade once or twice, It didn't make bad beer.
