Does anyone know what is in Kerry's YEASTEX 82?

I wanted to make candi syrup tonight so I was going to stop at my lhbs and get DAP and follow the instructions in this thread:

I searched DAP on lhbs website and this is all they carry. I don't know if this will work for making candi syrup? I can't find the ingredients for this stuff anywhere.

As long as there is actually Diammonium Phosphate in this stuff will it work? there is another lhbs in Toronto that sells DAP according to their website but its a remarkable PITA to get to and I wouldn't be able to go until the weekend..

Im hoping i can use this Kerry's stuff, but I doubt it and I'm not sure I want to risk it?

I went to the other lhbs that is a PITA to get to and bought the real stuff. I didn't want to risk using the wrong thing.
