I made a bavarian honey wheat this past weekend. I needed to find the warmest place in the house to ferment around 68-70. I placed it in the living room which gets sunlight in the afternoon. (all the windows face south) I'm fermenting in a glass carboy and didn't really think about the sunshine. The carboy probably didn't get direct sunlight for any extended period but it may have for a short time each day. I covered it today but it's been there 4 days. I'm wondering what the effects maybe? Thanks
