I am looking for a recipe for a Russian wine. there are a ton of references for the Russian's making wine with aronia (choke) berry and apples. But I am beginning to think they are all LAIRS! Or the search engines are now all just paid advertisements. I am a home brewer of beer and like trying what other country's are doing. I would like to find these recipes that colleges from the midwest to the east coast are referencing in their publications. If someone knows the ratios lbs of fruit or etc...
