Dallas Beer and Dessert Pairing

I am hosting another beer and food pairing at Joyce & Gigi's in Dallas. This is my second ever public pairing and I'm starting to get really good at this!

Passionfruit Tres Leches Cake paired with Jester King Grapefruit/Orange Provenance Sour Ale

Fried Yucca Bunuelos (cheese fried dough balls) with Honey paired with Community Sundial Session IPA

Banana Manjar (caramelized bananas with Italian meringue) paired with Martin House Pretzel Stout

For pairing with the Passionfruit Tres Leches Cake, we will be having Jester King's Grapefruit/Orange Provenance sour ale!

We will stop taking reservation on July 19th.

How'd it go?

It went really well! We had 19 people show up. I think the best pairing ended up being the Jester King Provenance with the Passionfruit Tres Leches Cake.
