I just wanted to let all the Dallas-ites know that I'm hosting my very first beer dinner at Joyce & Gigi's kitchen on March 16th at 6:30. I'll be showcasing mostly local beers with a 5 course South American meal.
First course: Beef pate paired with Community Trinity Tripel
Second course: Romaine and crab meat salad with orange vinaigrette dressing paired with Saint Arnold Boiler Room
Third Course: Duck confit paired with Martin House Imperial Texan
Fourth Course: Seared corn cakes paired with Grapevine Sir William's Brown Ale
Dessert: Chocolate cheesecake with dried cherries paired with Liefman's Cuvee Brut
