Hello. Need some input on making this style. There is not a lot of recipes for this style on the web. Here is what I was thinking based on some research...
6 gal
OG 1.055

69% Best Pils malt
10% Munich
8%. Vienna
7%. Cara Munich
5%. Carafa Special II

White labs 802 yeast

26-28 IBU beer with Sterling and/or Saaz in the boil. I was thinking a 60, 20, 5 min additions.
Any input would be great.

What's the inspiration for the Vienna? Most of the Tmave recipes I've seen don't have any. Like http://www.fuggled.net/2013/04/old-dark-prague.html?m=1 or http://aussiehomebrewer.com/topic/40156-tmav-lek-czech-dark-lager/ or http://www.themadfermentationist.com/2015/12/tmave-pivo-czech-dark-lager.html?m=1 don't have it.

The rest of it seems pretty standard though maybe I'd do Wyermann floor malted bohemian pilsner.

That said great style, I've had a few while in the Czech Republic for work and it's a nice variation from the standard svetly lezak.
