Hello from Cypress, TX! I am a new Home brewer. Just received a kit from Monster Brew and am going to begin this evening with my first batch. I got the True Brew kit for Oktoberfest. Going to follow the recipe to a T on first batch to get my legs underneath me and see how it goes.
