Hey Guys
I plan on drinking a bottle of Sour Monkey (for science of course) tonight so I can get the dregs in a starter. Does anyone know for sure if the yeast in that beer is viable or has it been filtered/pasteurized? I'd rather not waste the time and ingredients if it's dead.
