Anyone know of any alternatives to crash cooling?
My kegerator is big enough for my 2 kegs, not 1 keg 1 carboy. i dont want to have to take out my kegs to crash cool my carboys (ive heard 3 days is the magic number to get everything to drop out) but just dont have the fridge space...anyone have any alternative methods?
its never that cold at night so i cant just let it sit outside.

get yourself a big tub, and put ice water in it. if you put the carboy in the ice water, and cover it, it should maintain a cool temp. make sure you replace the ice often
