8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 3 4.8 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 4 4.8 %
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 9.2 IBUs
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 6 7.1 IBUs

Just made an imperial IPA with Simcoe and want to have something a bit different...but I have a ton of simcoe.
