The Picture of the beer in the glass is the porter we brewed. It was excellent.

The other pics are of our Oktoberfest brewing and then in the carboy. Cant wait to try it.

its just on the floor in a cooler room.

No, i cant remember what we used exactly. I have it written down but it was a yeast that can ferment at like 68-74 degrees since we dont have a way right now to ferment it at a lower temp. We will soon though once we get everything built.

Look up Octoberfast for an ale version that's pretty close.

Smurphy, porter looks great! And fall will be stellar with a home-brewed Oktoberfest to drink on.

Not setup for all-grain yet, but I'll definitely work with it and see what I can come up with. May just go ahead and go for the AG setup. I'm pretty excited about doing an Oktoberfest, just might be enough motivation.
