Is it acceptable to give them a quick whip in the food processor instead of crushing by hand.:mug:

Probably, but that seems like more effort than placing them in a ziplock bag and running a rolling pin over them a few times.

I noticed that they, coriander seeds, were the same size as barley and ran them through the mill. Worked like a charm, and no extra setup.

I use a coffee grinder because both my food processors did a pretty terrible job

I'm brewing a Sunset Wheat clone this weekend. I've never used coriander before, anything I should look out for? I am using a little coffee grinder on the seeds, too.

Yes; using too much of it. Corriander goes a long way. How much does your recipe call for?
