Coopers Dark LME

I've exhausted all options when it comes to searching for a recipe that uses Coopers Dark LME. Does anyone know of a good recipe that uses this? I have a can that I bought in error. Obviously I don't want it to go to waste. Thanks in advance!

Any receipe that uses Dark malt extract, dried, liquid, coopers, muntons etc.

Just because the receipe doesnt say Coopers doesnt mean you cant use it, they are all "more or less" the same thing.
