Cool Mash Tun idea!

Check out this video of the Mash Tun that Highlander Brewing Supply sells:




I like the fact that they have the thermometer inset with the cooler to make it flush and smooth!

They also installed a shower head/or faucet head in the lid for sparging!

Wonder what other ideas have been built into coolers!

That inset thermometer does look really nice. I might have to try that when I've got extra time/money

nice! i highly recommend the company too -- i bought an aluminum BK from them a couple of years ago and still love it (although i have moved into a roomier SS 15gal spike kettle). i had an issue with my sightglass deforming from heat after about a year and after 1 email they sent me a few new ones with silicone o-rings no questions asked...
