We brewed a Midwest Altbier day before yesterday. We hit our O.G. Of 1.042. Everything looked good. The problem is with the Wyeast German Ale yeast. When we received the kit last week FedEx delivered it late in the day when the temp. Was 100 F. Immediately opened the box and refrigerated the Wyeast. I noticed that the pack was mushy. I have only used Wyeast once before so I'm a Nug with the product. It's been 36 hours with no airlock activity. Any suggestions on what to do?

I will do that. I called Midwest and they are sending out another Wyeast 1007 German Ale today. Thanks for getting back to me.
