Converting an old Pepsi dispenser to kegerator

Does anyone have any experience converting a Pepsi dispenser to a kegerator? Found an old mobile cart on Facebook marketplace and seems like it would be an easy conversion but what do I know.$150 for the old cart, 2x co2 tanks, and old lines seems like a good deal.

i think $150 for the 2co(sp?) 2x co2 tanks? would be good...and just image being able to wheel it around the house where you go! (and i don't have any idea)

Does it plug in or use Ice? How was it used when soda was being dispensed? Could you convert it to a giant jockey box and stack a couple cold plates in there?

Just swap out the faucets and use the case as your kegerator. It does have a cooling unit?
