First time poster, long time reader. I have taken the plunge into building an electric brewery: "Kal inspired" 3 vessel HERMS. After doing my research, I decided on using the Auber Instruments EZ-Boil DSPR300 instead of a PID.

I'm hoping one of you may have a wiring diagram for something similar to what I'm trying to do. And any input would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Here's my parts list (everything ordered from Auberins or ebrewsupply):

- 1 x 16x12x8" enclosure w/ 75a Heatsink
- 1 x EZ-Boil DSPR300
- 1 x 1/16 DIN Dual Temp Meter SYL-2802 (for mash IN/OUT temp)
- 2 x 40a SSRs
- 4 x RTD sensors (1 ea for HLT/BK, 2 for MT)
- 3 x Contactors 220 2P 63a (ebrewsupply)
- 1 x 20a Single Pole Breaker (ebrewsupply)
- 1 x 32a Single Pole Breaker (ebrewsupply)
- 2 x 5500w elements
- 2 x NEMA 5-15R sockets 120v
- 2 x NEMA L6-30R sockets 240v

LEDs
- 1 x Buzzer Non-Flash 120v 16mm
- 1 x Buzzer Flashing 120v 16mm
- 3 x Compact 1/4" (6mm) 120v (2 x yellow, 1 x red)
- 3 x 22mm 240v (2 x yellow, 1 x green)
- 1 x 22mm 120v (red, e-stop)

SWITCHES (ebrewsupply)
- 1 x Keyed 2 way
- 1 x Mushroom Button, e-stop
- 4 x 2 way
- 1 x 3 way
- 1 x 9 PIN 3PDT ON/ON Toggle Switch for HLT/BK RTD (auberins)
- 5 x Add on NC contacts
- 1 x uxcell MK2P-I 8PIN Power Relay (amazon)

I think that's it.

The plan is to use the single EZ-Boil with a 3 way switch to select between the HLT and BK, and have a switch for the RTD sensors on the HLT and BK as well. My thought is to have the 3 way switch before the SSRs.

OR.... should I go ahead and just get another EZ-Boil or SYL-2352 PID for the HLT? Any advice or recommendations is appreciated.

Scratch all that! Just got a killer deal off of craigslist for another e-herms setup. Update to come next week when I go pick it all up.
