I am selling my countertop capable Electric Home Brewery. This system is based off of the Brutus 20 design and is able to make 5 gallon batches with rolling boils using 110V. It uses a PID to control mash temperatures along with a RIMS tube. No corners were cut in making this system. I have almost $3,000 invested in it. Asking $1,500 OBO. Willing to ship, however not willing to part out.
The system can heat 7 Gallons of water to 170F in 35 minutes.Then can heat from 170 to Boil in 22 minutes.
