This is a used beverage line glycol chiller for remote mounted beer taps (rated for 25' line run in insulated trunk line). Can also be used to chill homebrewing fermemters (with light modification to the internal pump or add your own pump with temp controller) for perfect temperature control. Works great and runs fairly quiet. Much more compact than a DIY version. Just add food grade glycol bath.

I bought it to control the temperature in my brewhemoth conical fermenter but I am getting out of the hobby. I would like to see it go to a good home. Specs are below from the manufacturer.

Well that's too bad. I just ordered a Celli cobra tap and I was looking for a glycol chiller to flood it and freeze it up. Short run (10'). Looks perfect.

Of course, I can't pick up. Any recommendations for me?

Most of the commercial line chillers are nice units. Hard to come by for a reasonable price though.
