Are there any known examples of successful commercial brewing on an "in-a-bag/basket/bucket" setup?
Doesn't have to be big, but needs to be an established commercial brewery.

Would be nice to know how this technology can manage heavier workload, strict consistency requirements and all that.
 
If I'm not mistaken, @Wilserbrewer has made a few bags for commercial folks.
One may use bags with 3v setups, not necessarily with BIAB.
I'm just curious about all these consistency rumors, like "BIAB will never afford you to brew with the same level of consistency as 3v 'traditional' technology". We homebrewers may exchange stories that it IS possible but I think the only really rock solid evidence of that would be a successful brewing business running BIAB setup.
 
I have made and sold a number of very large BIAB bags. The photo below is a small brewery / brew pub in California that distributes locally.

145 gallon kettle, 285 lb grain bill.
