Commercial Grade Freezer

I just snagged a 3year old commercial grade chest freeze, in a auction, to build a kreezer. It is the kind they use in the isles at Sam's Club. I looked it up and for a new one they want $900 at the discount restaurant supply house. I got it for 130. I'm wondering what the difference between the commercial and consumer grade freezers?

Yours will probably last forever, get colder, and maintain temp better.
