I'd like to show a picture, but this stuff in the neck of my carboy is so clear that it doesn't show up in pictures. The only way you can even tell, is that the tiny bubbles in it aren't moving. Recipe: one package Brewer's Best Premium Cider Yeast and pasteurized cider from the farmers market fermented at 65-70 degrees for 2 weeks. Up until today when I planned to transfer to secondary, everything was normal and the airlock smells good. Anyone ever have this before ?

No I didn't add an enzyme. I ended up believing it was pectin an put it into secondary with some oak beans i had been soaking in Fireball for the last week. Fingers crossed.
