Does clarifying with gelatin impact the FG? You are potentially dropping water soluble proteins and other stuff out of solution, that has to have at least a minor impact on the gravity of the final beer right?

I haven't split a batch to see if it makes a difference, but if it does, it should be so negligible that it doesn't make a difference for home brewers.

I've never noticed any difference in mine and use gelatin for all my beers, except my hefeweizens.
