Hello all.

I have a recirculating, electric BIAB set up. I currently connect my 30 plate duda chiller before the boil. To streamline the process, is there any reason I cannot connect it from the get go and mash though it aswell?

I was concerned about that, but I think the wilsner bag takes care of and stray husks.

I don't think the few seconds gained is worth the risk.
I would not want to risk grain chunks lodging in something that is already a pita to clean with more "normal" use...

Cheers!
