CIP Pump for Corny Keg?

I like the idea of adapting a setup for CIP for a corny. There is a BYO article on this:

I'm wondering if any of the harborfreight pumps online or like homedepot could do this job and recirculate PBW for a few minutes? How strong should the pump be?
