Cider kegging - lines.

Any lasting effects of cider in a tap line? Is it like homemade root beer? Once it is in there that line isn't good for beer any longer due to the residual flavors left in the lines?

I second this. I've run a few ciders through my taps and have never noticed any residual flavors.
