So I just bottled and pasteurized a 6 gallon batch of hard berry cider. I started with 6 gallons of organic cider and fermented for 3 weeks with Notty. After that I added 32 oz's of organice honey and 34 oz's of organic berry nectar. Now I never added pectin so the cider was pretty cloudy the whole time while fermenting and remained that way. After pouring now I have ALL KINDS of floaters in the bottles...some little dark specs which I attribute to the berry nectar. The white floaties are what scare me...is this just from the original cider, I just want to ensure it is not an infection??? :rockin:
