I've had a cider fermenting for about a week now and it was going crazy..every second we got a bubble for the 1st 3-4 days then last couple a bubbly every 2-3 seconds. Then I added 3 pounds of blackberries and she went back to bubbling every second or so....then as I'm sitting in the same room as the carboy I notice that it has completely stopped, for the last 3-4 hours not a bubble one.

My 1st day was 1.065
Prior to Blackberries it read 1.016

I usually leave to ferment for a good 30 days or so...should I be thinking of bottling at this point?

Thanks

Blackberries can take a long time to settle out. Last batch of blackberry cider (75% berries, as I have acres of them) I made, I waited four months before racking it.

Depends on your taste. 1.016 will be a little sweet. You could bottle it now and let it carb up in the bottles. That's what i did.
