Hey folks, I exclusively brew all grain BIAB with a keggle (bottom valve) and a bag. No fancy RIMS or HERMS etc. I chill with a simple immersion chiller into PET carboys. I just got a chugger pump for Christmas and am wondering where it is best served in my setup? Switch to counterflow or plate chilling? Recirculation during MASH or chill? Just looking for some suggestions and to see what people do with their pumps. TIA!
