Chocolate Oatmeal Stout help

Picked up a Murphy's clone kit tonight. Thinking about tweaking it with some oatmeal and dark coca powder. No idea how much to use though.

Kit as is:
7.5 Dark LME
1.0 Crytal 20L
.75 Roasted Barley
.25 Black Patent

1oz Galena @ :30
1oz Galena @ :01

Any suggestions?

it's up to you really. In mine, I use 1.5 lbs of flaked oats and 6-9 ounces of fat free cocoa powder, depending on if I want it just really chocolaty or if I want it to be a chocolate bomb.

Are you adding the chocolate to the boil (if so when?) or the secondary?

I add the cocoa powder with 10 minutes left in the boil.

I just bottled one and used cocoa nibs, soaked in vodka for 2 days, then into primary. While bottling, it tasted very good! I used 1/2lb cocoa nibs.
