I purchased 20Gallons of water from Home Depot, thinking it was distilled. Turns out it's not. I'm wondering if anyone knows (or knows how to get) the water profile of the 5 Gal bottled spring water found at Home Depot - specifically the Chicago area (I'm not sure about any regional differences with distribution)? I do have a TDsec and Milwaukee MW102 Ph Meter. Assuming my tools are accurate PPM = 94, Ph = 7.0. Thanks for any help. I'm looking to brew an Imperial Oatmeal Stout this weekend, fingers crossed.
