So, I have 2 regular size refrigerators both set up for fermentation purposes. However, it seems as though only 2 carboys can fit in each. My question is, can a platform be built to add more than 2 6 gallon carboys, if so, will it be able to support the weight of more than 2? If not, how do chest freezers correlate size wise? If I can only fit 2 carboys in an 18-21cu ft fridge, it would seem much more efficient to use chest freezer(s). I guess what I'm asking is if anyone has been able to use regular sized fridges to fit more than 2 6 gallon carboys, if not, what size chest freezer would accommodate 2 6 gallon carboys.

Even a small 5 cubic foot chest freezer should fit 2 pretty easy. Mine has a collar for kegerator purposes and I get 4 corny kegs in there...

Thanks, I'll definitely look into that
