so my first 15 or so batches of beer have mostly all turned out pretty damn good. i think around my 7th batch or so i started with all grain, with really good results. but my last 4 batches have all had this same off flavor that i can really only describe as like a slight cherry hint, but enough that it completely takes away from what the beer should taste like. after the second batch with this off flavor i did two more batches going back to extract to see if simplifying things might help but no luck. i am always extremely careful about oxidation after having one batch ruined from that. and i fermented the first two in the upper 60s, the second two around 73. has anyone else ever had this problem??
