I want to make a Chai Tea beer and I was thinking maybe as a base a wheat since its summer. I was wondering what the best way to incorporate it would be. I have from teavana a loose leaf chai tea that I love. Would it be best to incorporate the loose leaf tea during boil, steep it to a concentrated tea and add it to secondary, make an extract with vodka to put in during secondary or should I just use the spices instead of the tea altogether?

Also what hops would go best?

I just did a Chai milk stout, added a spiced tincture at bottling. It worked really well, some tweaking needed in spices, but really tasty beer. Adding tea leaves can be really hard, you might want to think going this route with just spices.
