Hey guys. Well people who come over to my house to have stout love looking at the cascading bubbles. Who doesn't? I want to bottle the stuff in such a way that all you have to do is pour it to get the cascade effect.

I've told people about the syringe trick but they either forget to do it or make a mess.

Now, I've read how the whole widget thing works, but I obviously don't have the capability to work with those or nitrogen. I have seen some mention about placing a chunk of coffee filter in bottles to create nucleation sites. Anyone have experience with that or other methods?
